Terms of Use
Last updated: November 8, 2026
These terms are between you and Biser Marinov, the maker of Boom Pets. By playing you agree to them. If you got the game from the App Store, Apple's standard licence (EULA) also applies.
Playing
Boom Pets is free to play. You may use it for your own fun, not for any commercial purpose. Please don't cheat, hack or copy the game.
Names and fair play
Pick a player name that is friendly to everyone: no insults, swearing, hate or names that pretend to be us. In online matches, play fair and be kind. We have no tolerance for offensive names or abuse: we may change a name, and we may turn off online play for a player for some days or for good. You can report and block a player from an online match; we read every report.
Online matches
Online, each player plays with the weapons and shots they own, and the shots they fire are used up as in any other match. Leaving a match counts as a loss, and so does being away too long while it is your turn. While there are few players, the computer may play the other side when nobody is found in a few seconds; it plays by the same rules, with the same weapons and shots as you, and gives the same rewards.
Coins, gems and items
Coins, gems, pets, clothes, weapons, shots and pass rewards are a licence to use content inside the game. They have no money value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be sold or transferred. We may change how they work to keep the game balanced and fair.
Purchases
Purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their rules, including refunds. Items that last (No Ads, the Starter Pack, a Season Pass) can be restored with Restore purchases in the game. Gems are used up when spent.
Your account
Signing in is optional. You are responsible for your Apple or Google account. You can delete your Boom Pets account in the game at any time.
Changes and availability
We update the game from time to time and may change or end features. We do our best to keep it running, but the game is provided "as is", without warranties, to the extent the law allows. Nothing here limits rights you have by law as a consumer.
